1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Interactive Programming, LLC (“Interactive Programming,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of ipwb.net and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, infringing others’ rights, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

4. Optional SMS messaging

Interactive Programming may offer optional SMS messages for two-factor authentication (2FA) and optional task or assignment notifications. Consent to receive SMS is not required to create an account or to use the Services. SMS is enabled only if you affirmatively opt in (for example, by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default consent box and providing your mobile number).

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and content we provide, are owned by Interactive Programming or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

6. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers (including SMS delivery providers). Your use of those providers may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMING, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interactive Programming, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Interactive Programming, LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
